It really sucks, but they lost my business over 1 employee.
I was charged double, they took my free coffee card and didn't even discount it. Coffee wasn't even hot!
I ordered it extra hot too and I couldn't tell the temperature difference between my tongue and the coffee.
I even contacted them about this and got no response or care.
